Afro Ragon Image License Agreement

Image License Agreement governs the usage rights for images and NFTs available on Afro Ragon's website. By accessing or using our content, you agree to abide by the terms of the relevant license associated with the specific type of content.

  • Reselling: The NFT owner has the right to resell or transfer the NFT along with its associated usage rights.

  • Ownership Benefits: The NFT grants exclusive access to its associated commercial rights.

Not Allowed:

  • Non-Owners: Only the NFT owner is granted these rights. Third parties cannot use the image commercially without owning the NFT.

  • Altering Ownership: Rights cannot be shared or assigned without transferring the NFT itself.

3. Attribution Promotional License

Description: This license applies to images available for free download for promotional purposes. Proper attribution is required to use these images.

Allowed:

  • Promotional Use: Images can be used to promote Afro Ragon’s website, NFTs, or related content across digital and offline platforms.

  • Attribution: Users must provide clear and visible attribution by linking back to Afro Ragon’s website or NFT collection.

Not Allowed:

  • Non-Attribution: Using images without proper attribution, such as a clickable link to Afro Ragon’s website or NFTs, is strictly prohibited.

  • Reselling or Redistribution: Selling or redistributing images, even with attribution, is not allowed.
